Individual Therapy

Change asks something of us, and you don't have to meet it alone.  Growth rarely comes from pushing harder. It begins by slowing down enough to notice what's asking for your attention and learning to approach ourselves with kindness.  Therapy isn't about fixing you. It's about helping you reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been overshadowed by stress, trauma, or loss.

Free 30 minute consultation for all new clients.

To get started, you need to feel comfortable and safe in therapy  – although- it’s very natural to feel nervous at first.  This is why you can set up a free 30 minute consultation for all new clients.   This time allows us to  meet and determine if I’m a good fit for you.

Most session was 50 minutes as per insurance.  Extended session are available working on a cash basis.  Sessions are usually weekly but can be adjusted depending on need and preference.

Extended Sessions

Sometimes 50 minutes isn't enough. There are times when having a little more space can make a difference. Extended sessions allow us to slow the pace, stay with what is emerging, and give important work the time and attention it deserves. They can be especially helpful for deeper exploration, focused trauma work, EMDR, significant life transitions, or simply when you would benefit from having more time to reflect and process without feeling rushed. Extended sessions are available by arrangement and are offered on a private-pay basis rather than billed through insurance.
